Seaside Beach & Racquet Club 2208 has it all! Located on the white sandy shoreline in Orange Beach, AL, this lovely 2nd story corner condo combines the comforts of home with the luxe feel of a resort. Spend the day lounging on the beach or brushing up your tennis game or try your luck fishing in the Gulf or one of the back bays. Grill up your fresh catch on one of the community BBQ grills or venture out for some extraordinary culinary fare at one of the renowned eateries nearby. After a day of fun in the sun, relax in the pool, sauna, or steam room. Enjoy a breathtaking sunset over Gulf waters as you wind down from the day's activities.

The open layout makes it convenient to entertain and socialize while preparing meals or enjoying a movie on the large Smart TV, equipped with both cable and streaming options. Step onto the private balcony, an extension of the living room, and relish your favorite beverage while absorbing partial views of the pristine white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. The dining area comfortably seats 6 at the dining table, with additional seating for 4 at the bar. The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need for preparing home-cooked meals for your friends and family. For your added convenience, a stackable washer & dryer, located next to the kitchen, ensures that all your laundry needs are met throughout your stay.

The King suite features a private bath with a brand-new walk-in shower and balcony access for an extra touch of relaxation. The two guest bedrooms share a full bath equipped with a tub/shower combo. The living room has a sofa sleeper. Each bedroom is equipped with cable TV and streaming for your viewing enjoyment.

As an extra treat, find a collection of beach toys tucked away in the closet of the second guest bedroom, guaranteed to bring joy to the little ones. Additionally, we've included a Pack-n-Play for your convenience.

CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All Linens are Washed and Bleached Every Time for the Highest Sanitation Requirements. Gold Star washes our High-Quality Linens before every new Guest's arrival. We mean every bath towel, washcloth, makeup cloth, sheet, blanket, pillowcase, and dish towel EVERY TIME. Gold Star uses the very best commercial washing machines and dryers. All linens are washed in high-heat commercial washers with select EPA and Environmentally Safe detergents and bleach for complete and thorough sanitation. Gold Star has specialized confinement procedures for keeping soiled linens separate from all other linens to ensure there is no cross-contamination.

PROFESSIONAL CLEANING
All of our guests deserve the highest standard of professionally cleaned Units by professional cleaners. This has been one of Gold Star's highest priorities and foundations of our company since entering the industry. Spotlessness equals protection, and we are doing everything possible to ensure that your family has the cleanest accommodations possible. Our full-time professional cleaning staff utilizes Eco-Friendly approved chemicals to clean and disinfect before new each new guest's arrival. We do not use Cleaning Companies to clean our properties. Our cleaners work for Gold Star, and each staff member is assigned to clean the same property stay after stay. You can be certain that our properties are thoroughly disinfected. To ensure our linens are properly laundered, we follow specialized processes using high-heat commercial washers and dryers to clean, disinfect, and kill germs. Finally, after each clean is completed, our professional inspectors thoroughly evaluate the unit to ensure that EVERY condo or beach house is clean and qualifies for Gold Star White Glove Treatment.

COMPLEX DETAILS & AMENITIES
Beyond the captivating white sandy beaches and the welcoming Gulf waters, Seaside Beach & Racquet presents an array of amenities, including 2 outdoor pools, a heated indoor pool, 2 boardwalks, sand volleyball, a tennis court, shuffleboard, a sauna, and fitness center. Guests also enjoy access to outdoor grills and picnic tables.

Upon entering the property, drive past the guard shack, make the next right, and you'll find parking conveniently located between the tennis courts and Building 2. The unit is on the 2nd floor accessible by stairs or the elevator located on the west side of the building. Parking passes, included with your reservation, will be inside the unit upon your arrival and should be prominently displayed in your vehicle throughout your stay.

MONTHLY RENTALS
This property allows long-term Snowbird rental rates from November 1st through the end of February.

"We loved our stay! There were 6 of us and we had plenty of sleeping space. I would certainly recommend this place. Here are some of the pros of this space: *2 minute walk to the beach with a short boardwalk. This was the biggest perk because the last time we came to this beach we had to take a trolley to it, so only walking for 2 minutes is amazing. Even my 2-year-old had no problem walking to the beach. *2 different outdoor "showers" or sprayers before going back to the condo. We appreciated having two of these on our way back to get all the sand off. *2 outdoor pools! *Ocean view: Although much of the view is obstructed by a parking lot and a separate condo building, you still get an ocean view! *Easy, short drive to shops like Wal-Mart Market, and many souvenir shops *Access to many beach things in the condo: toys, chairs, wagon *Hot water that lasted a while for all the showers and baths we took

"We loved our stay. We comfortably fit two adults, a teenager, two younger kids, and a baby in the space and never felt cramped. The kitchen was adequate and the extra beach gear was very helpful and appreciated. We were in the smaller building back from the beach but this condo still has a view of the ocean from the deck.
