Inside this coastal haven, a welcoming living room awaits, complete with a larger Smart TV featuring Cable and streaming options for your viewing entertainment. The living room includes a set of bunk beds and a sleeper sofa, providing additional sleeping accommodations.

The dining area, with seating for 4 at the dining table, is conveniently located next to the well-equipped kitchen, offering everything you need to prepare snacks or a feast for your family and friends. Unwind on the private balcony with your favorite beverage, soaking in the panoramic views and intoxicating coastal breeze.

The master suite features a comfortable king-size bed with a private bath offering a tub/shower combo. The bathroom is conveniently accessible from the living area as well. In the hallway, you'll find a stackable washer and dryer to attend to all your laundry needs.

CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All Linens are Washed and Bleached Every Time for the Highest Sanitation Requirements. Gold Star washes our High-Quality Linens before every new Guest's arrival. We mean every bath towel, washcloth, makeup cloth, sheet, blanket, pillowcase, and dish towel EVERY TIME. Gold Star uses the very best commercial washing machines and dryers. All linens are washed in high-heat commercial washers with select EPA and Environmentally Safe detergents and bleach for complete and thorough sanitation. Gold Star has specialized confinement procedures for keeping soiled linens separate from all other linens to ensure there is no cross-contamination.

PROFESSIONAL CLEANING
All of our guests deserve the highest standard of professionally cleaned Units by professional cleaners. This has been one of Gold Star's highest priorities and foundations of our company since entering the industry. Spotlessness equals protection, and we are doing everything possible to ensure that your family has the cleanest accommodations possible. Our full-time professional cleaning staff utilizes Eco-Friendly approved chemicals to clean and disinfect before new each new guest's arrival. We do not use Cleaning Companies to clean our properties. Our cleaners work for Gold Star, and each staff member is assigned to clean the same property stay after stay. You can be certain that our properties are thoroughly disinfected. To ensure our linens are properly laundered, we follow specialized processes using high-heat commercial washers and dryers to clean, disinfect, and kill germs. Finally, after each clean is completed, our professional inspectors thoroughly evaluate the unit to ensure that EVERY condo or beach house is clean and qualifies for Gold Star White Glove Treatment.

Phoenix VII provides breathtaking beachfront views and an array of fabulous amenities for an unforgettable stay. Revel in the outdoor pool, complete with a sundeck adorned with loungers, while the little ones splash away in the kiddie pool. Whatever your interests, Phoenix VII ensures a diverse range of activities for everyone. Purchase your parking passes at the Front Desk upon arrival for a one-time fee of $55 plus tax per vehicle. Be sure to display them in your vehicle at all times for a seamless experience. Take the elevator to the 14th floor of the complex where you will find your unit. The unit number on the door will be 71402. For your convenience trash chutes are located just outside the unit.

MONTHLY RENTALS
This property allows long-term Snowbird rental rates from November 1st through the end of February.

RELAXED CANCELLATION POLICY
Our Guest-friendly cancellation policy gives you peace of mind when you book your beach vacation with Gold Star. If you need to cancel at least 30 days before your arrival date (60 days for long-term monthly rentals), we refund you 100% of the rent paid. The only fees not refunded to you are the non-refundable fees. Non-refundable fees include already-purchased travel insurance and the booking fee. We recommend that each guest purchase Travel Insurance in the event of sickness or other qualifying trip cancellation.
