Ideal for a second couple or the younger members of your family, the guest room features one queen-size bed and one twin-size bed.. The adjacent guest bathroom offers a walk-in shower and stackable washer and dryer!
The well-appointed kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you will need to prepare delicious home-cooked meals.

CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All Linens are Washed and Bleached Every Time for the Highest Sanitation Requirements. Gold Star washes our High-Quality Linens before every new Guest's arrival. We mean every bath towel, washcloth, makeup cloth, sheet, blanket, pillowcase, and dish towel EVERY TIME. Gold Star uses the very best commercial washing machines and dryers. All linens are washed in high-heat commercial washers with select EPA and Environmentally Safe detergents and bleach for complete and thorough sanitation. Gold Star has specialized confinement procedures for keeping soiled linens separate from all other linens to ensure there is no cross-contamination.

PROFESSIONAL CLEANING
All of our guests deserve the highest standard of professionally cleaned Units by professional cleaners. This has been one of Gold Star's highest priorities and foundations of our company since entering the industry. Spotlessness equals protection, and we are doing everything possible to ensure that your family has the cleanest accommodations possible. Our full-time professional cleaning staff utilizes Eco-Friendly approved chemicals to clean and disinfect before new each new guest's arrival. We do not use Cleaning Companies to clean our properties. Our cleaners work for Gold Star, and each staff member is assigned to clean the same property stay after stay. You can be certain that our properties are thoroughly disinfected. To ensure our linens are properly laundered, we follow specialized processes using high-heat commercial washers and dryers to clean, disinfect, and kill germs. Finally, after each clean is completed, our professional inspectors thoroughly evaluate the unit to ensure that EVERY condo or beach house is clean and qualifies for Gold Star White Glove Treatment.

Trailer spaces are also provided, though they operate on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be reserved in advance. Parking Passes are required and must be purchased at the front desk upon your arrival. Up to 2 passes are allowed per reservation. Please keep passes visible in your vehicle at all times to ensure a seamless experience.

MONTHLY RENTALS
This property allows long-term Snowbird rental rates from November 1st through the end of February.

RELAXED CANCELLATION POLICY
Our Guest-friendly cancellation policy gives you peace of mind when you book your beach vacation with Gold Star. If you need to cancel at least 30 days before your arrival date (60 days for long-term monthly rentals), we refund you 100% of the rent paid. The only fees not refunded to you are the non-refundable fees. Non-refundable fees include already-purchased travel insurance and the booking fee. We recommend that each guest purchase Travel Insurance in the event of sickness or other qualifying trip cancellation.

Best Bang for Our Buck!

"This was a fairly last-minute trip for my family, within 2 weeks, and this was the best bang for our buck for a short weekend. This is a very clean, decorated beautifully, comfortable, and accommodating place to stay. The furnishings and decor are comfortable and stylish, and the condo smells fresh and clean. I will definitely want to stay here in the future.

"From day one everything was pristine and easy to enjoy and maintain. The neighbors were a lovey bunch and fun to meet and hang out with. When question rose when it was close to our check out time it was easy to message Gold Star and have them respond back quickly. I am definitely thinking about coming here again for another trip.
